Description of Service
Lead Center LLC offers a comprehensive service package for gym owners. This includes a custom build-out incorporating branding elements, contact information, unlimited SMS and email, and strategic contact tagging. The package features eight reactivation campaigns, new lead workflows, and client retention workflows. Also included are services for calendar setup and integration, assistance with Google reviews, ROI tracking for various lead sources, and seamless integration with major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The Lead Connector mobile app and detailed appointment reports are part of the offering, along with extensive training modules from FitBiz University. An AI Assistant is provided to enhance appointment scheduling and client engagement, contributing to improved operational efficiency and customer service.

Payments
When purchasing our services, you are required to provide your financial information relevant to the chosen payment method, in some cases, you may be requested to provide your credit card details. Please note that any payments made on our platform will be processed by Stripe. As such, we will not be responsible for processing or retaining any of your financial information. Stripe will handle all of your financial information per their respective Terms of Service, and you agree to comply with such Terms of Service.
Premium Services
Lead Center LLC offers two subscription models. The monthly subscription is $297, billed monthly, including unlimited text messages and emails with a 30-day free trial. The annual subscription is available at $2970, offering the same services with an additional two months free and an AI Appointment Scheduling Assistant.
Refund Policy
At Lead Center LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and understand the importance of a fair and transparent refund policy. Customers seeking a refund should contact us at joey@leadcenter.io within 30 days of their purchase, providing the necessary details for the request. Upon receiving a refund request, our team undertakes a review process, considering account activity and service usage to ensure that requests are handled justly and in alignment with our Terms of Service.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, and customers are informed via email once their refund is complete. We aim to credit the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In situations where this is not feasible, we work closely with the customer to arrange an alternative refund method. It is important to note that refunds are strictly monetary; we do not offer exchanges or service credits. Additionally, requests received after the 30-day window are generally not eligible for refunds.
For subscription-based services, customers may cancel their subscriptions, with the cancellation becoming effective in the subsequent billing cycle. However, it is pertinent to mention that we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the current billing period once a subscription is canceled.
We also wish to clarify that the sales figures and success stories presented by Lead Center LLC serve as examples and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results. The outcomes achieved by our customers vary significantly based on individual efforts, market conditions, and the specific use of our services.
